daily dose of green

just needed my daily dose of green. thought i would share






if you haven't already picked up the gardening issue of martha stewart living, i highly recommend you do so! the issue is stunning, with so much inspiration for spring and summer, i can barely contain my excitement for the seasons ahead. i don't have much of a green thumb, but i've always wanted to have the time to learn so i can one day have a garden like this one. plenty of pretty flowers and fresh vegetables. i have this secret dream of just being able to enjoy the garden all day and then cook dinner from what's grown. perfection!

p.s. the little house above? it's a chicken coop! it'd be fun if it was a little "summer room" for lemonade and lunch, no?
